RMA Request

If returning multiple parts, please list them separately using the Qty / Part Number / Serial No. field below.

  • Please provide as much detail as possible about the nature of the problem, including the circumstances under which the failure or dissatisfaction occurred
  • Return to Stock – Product being returned for credit due to customer purchasing or shipping error must be returned within 90 days of ship date. An RMA number must be obtained from MOBILE MOUNTS prior to the return of any merchandise. MOBILE MOUNTS cannot accept returns without an RMA number – shipment will be refused and product will be shipped back at Customer’s expense. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and a restocking fee of 20% of goods returned may be assessed. Additional costs may apply in unusual circumstances (e.g. large order quantities). Returned Product MUST be packaged appropriately by Customer to prevent damage during shipment.

    Product not in resalable condition cannot be returned.

    If the Customer desires an ‘exchange’, new Product will be invoiced at the time it is shipped and a credit memo will be issued for the returned Product after it has been received and verified to be in RESALABLE condition.

    Warranty Claim Returns – In order to return a product covered under warranty, an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number must be obtained from MOBILE MOUNTS. MOBILE MOUNTS cannot accept returns without an RMA number – shipment will be refused and product will be shipped back at Customer’s expense. Returned product MUST be packaged appropriately by Customer to prevent damage during shipment.
