Q: How long have you been with Mobile Mounts?
A: I have been employed with the company for six years.

Q: What does a lead technician do?
A: The lead technician is responsible for proper training, customer relations, project completions, and communication with management.

Q: What is the best aspect of your job?
A: One of the best aspects of my job is that I’m given the opportunity to work by myself or with a crew and have management give me their full confidence in knowing that I will be able to complete a project in a proper and timely manner.

Q: What makes your job challenging?
A: There are always challenges when starting a new project. There is always new product being implemented, vehicle set-ups that change frequently and customers who tend to change schedules around.

Q: What do you think is the most critical part of an installation? Why?
A: I would have to say proper installation inside a vehicle is very important to me. Not only do you want to do a good job for a client, but you also want there to be a safe product that they can rely on a day-to-day basis.

Q: Can you describe one of your most satisfying projects?
A: I’d have to say a gas utility out west that we did two years ago. I felt that project was special because I was able to have more direct communication with the clients, both on and away from the work environment, and I made sure to go the extra mile for them to ensure they were highly satisfied with MOBILE MOUNTS.

Q: If a customer was in the planning stages of a mobile data rollout… what advice or tips would you give them to make it go smoothly?
A: The best advice I could give them is to make sure they have a proper count on their fleet, which includes make/year/model of vehicles, and to always ask questions about our products. We will be happy to let them know what equipment best suits their needs.

Q: Why should customers choose Mobile Mounts as their long-term mobile data products and installation partner?
A: Simple answer is, “Because we are the best at what we do.”
